Quarter Hog

$485.00

The Pigs

Our heritage hogs are raised on pasture, giving them access to forage on grass, acorns and black walnuts. In addition to their forage, we feed them organic, non-GMO grain. Grazing rotations allows us to keep them healthy while protecting the pastures from over-use.

What you get

Quarter of a 200 pound pig at harvest will yield about 40 pounds of meat. This comes out to about $12/LB for the edible cuts you will receive from the butcher, a significant savings compared to buying individual cuts.

The Butchery

Your pig will provide you with the following cuts:

  1. bone-in loin chops

  2. butt roast

  3. belly

  4. trotter

  5. ground sausage & pork

  6. bones

  7. lard

  8. skin

Pick-Up

Pork is picked up at the PT Ranch Farm Store, 1600 Cook Rd, Ione. Delivery to Bay Area is possible with the additional fee of $150/head.
